I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My work is grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, supported, and accepted. I offer a welcoming space to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. Together, we will understand the patterns that helped you survive, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life you want to live.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work from a person-in-environment, attachment-based, and nervous system-informed perspective. I have completed training in EMDR, IFS, somatics, Polyvagal Theory, ACT, and DBT, and I thoughtfully integrate these modalities to support your unique goals, experiences, and nervous system needs.
I bring warmth, humility, and a grounded, down-to-earth presence to the therapeutic relationship—with a sense of humor when it feels right. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership where all parts of you are welcome, and where your cultural background, identities and lived experiences are deeply valued. I would be honored to support you.
